Cancellation policy

On behalf of Mexican Xperiences, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to offer flexibility to our customers. Below are our cancellation and refund policies applicable to all contracted services:

  1. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice
    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

  2. Cancellations with 12 hours notice
    If the cancellation is made within 12 hours, a 50% refund of the total paid will be issued.

  3. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or on the same day of the service
    Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or on the same day of the transfer are non-refundable.

  4. Delays or changes by the client
    In case of client delays of more than 30 minutes, the driver may leave, and the service will be considered completed, with no right to a refund.
    If you wish to modify your pick-up time or location, please contact our team as soon as possible to check availability.

  5. Flight delays or causes beyond the client’s control
    If your flight is delayed, we monitor the arrival in real-time to adjust the time of your service at no additional charge.
    No penalties or extra charges will be applied for flight delays or causes beyond the client’s control, provided the correct flight number was provided at the time of booking.

  6. Cancellation by the company
    In exceptional cases where Mexican Xperiences must cancel the service (due to force majeure, weather, or security conditions), the customer will be offered to reschedule the transfer at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
